ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
At Grupo Sourcing, we strictly uphold a Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP) for compliance issues, ensuring the highest ethical and operational standards in all our sourcing and manufacturing processes. The following violations are classified as Zero Tolerance Violations (ZTV) and will not be tolerated under any circumstances:
- Child Labor:
Any form of child labor is strictly prohibited. - Forced Labor & Modern-Day Slavery:
No use of forced labor, whether overt or covert, including practices associated with modern-day slavery. - Discrimination:
Any form of discrimination based on race, religion, gender, ethnicity, or any other grounds is strictly unacceptable. - Harassment and Abuse:
Physical, verbal, or psychological harassment or abuse in the workplace will not be tolerated. - Unauthorized Subcontracting:
Any subcontracting, including Tier 2 operations, without prior authorization from relevant parties, is strictly forbidden, regardless of brand involvement. - Obstruction of Social Compliance Audits:
Actions such as:- Denial of access to factory records.
- Preventing worker interviews.
- Any form of interference hindering the audit process.
- Shared Building Restrictions:
Factories operating in shared buildings must receive prior approval from the Head of Compliance, especially if:- Another factory, owned by a different owner, operates in the same building.
- The building includes shops or markets.
- Non-Compliance with Building Standards:
Factories located in buildings designated for residential purposes are strictly prohibited. - Unethical Practices:
Any unethical behavior, including bribery in cash or kind, to facilitate processes is absolutely forbidden.
Grupo Sourcing maintains a firm commitment to enforcing these policies. Violations will result in immediate corrective actions, which may include termination of business relationships.
